True Mindfulness
How would it feel to live with self-acceptance and awareness?
I invite you to share an exploration with me in a way that helps you to live your own peaceful, spacious life.

What might True Mindfulness mean for you?

From the feedback I have received from hundreds of my students over the years: -
– A sense of peace
– A deep awareness – one that brings freedom from the tangle of destructive patterns and negative thoughts
– Freedom to live an authentic life
– Deep relaxation and calm
– Joy
Why not give yourself the gift of this dedicated time for you?
My Background
Back in the travelling years of my life, on a trip to the Himalayas in 1986, as part of a charity I worked with a group of Tibetan Buddhist nuns.
As the nuns and I worked together, I was astonished by their presence. They had an awareness, a softness that enchanted me. Something deep inside of me recognised the truth and authenticity of their way of “being” and I knew this was the only way to truly “live”.
I started by reading work by many Buddhist writers, and in particular Thich Nhat Hanh, and my journey into mindfulness began…
Over the last 35 years, I have deepened my understanding through training, enquiry and attending retreats. And teaching for over 10 years has helped to solidify this understanding.
Mindfulness Qualifications

It’s my style to be quiet, almost understated. As I move from moment to moment through my life, I aim to embody what yoga and mindfulness has gifted me.

Supervision of Mindfulness Teachers
1 to 1 work.
If you are teaching mindfulness you require supervision.

I am qualified and offer a safe place to discuss and investigate your teaching practice. Like Mindful Coaching and Enquiry, the exploration uses all the skills of mindfulness including deep awareness of the body, mind and reactions to what arises for the individual in the present moment.
The process happens in the being mode with mindful conversations. With a mindful enquiry into whatever arises for the supervisee around any aspect of their teaching practise or their own mindfulness practice, often some guidance may emerge to take into their teaching practice.
