An exploration to embody inner peace and your true nature and develop an awareness of your own spirituality whatever shape that takes. Drawing on meditation, yoga, relaxation and enquiry to rediscover that place of inner peace that resides within you.

This exploration will allow you to release internal and external pressures, quiet that inner critic, release past hurts and unhelpful patterns, and connect with your true nature.
Do you want to explore your true nature?
My way of working integrates gentle mindful yoga, breath, relaxation and enquiry. When we work with the body, we have a solid base from which to explore ideas and aspects of ourselves. When we integrate the body into the “attitude” being worked with mentally then this is consolidated. It ceases to be just in the head - these aspects can move through our body and our heart and integrate into every aspect of our lives and our being. We can then become grounded, solid and stable in our true selves.

This can help to shift us from a state of self-judgment to a quiet confidence in who we naturally are, from living with a tight control to a sense of spontaneity.
This is a gift of self-care!

This exploration runs over a period of three months and includes 12 weekly group sessions each lasting 2 hours, plus three individual 1 to 1 enquiry sessions of 45 minutes each. In addition, there is access to my weekly online yoga classes.
